Pumpko v1.5.0 - corrective source candidate (not a validated release)

CHANGES
- Fresh Win32 enrollment initializes data/interbbs-windows.cursor to 0\n using CREATE_NEW.
- Existing nonempty outbox or legacy SQLite checkpoint blocks initialization.
- Existing cursor is never reset; existing hub credentials are preserved.
- Windows score upload now logs HTTP status and response when rejected, and separates
HTTPS failures and cursor write failures from the misleading Win32 183 message.

NOT YET RESOLVED
- The extra Enter during handle entry: src/main.c already accepts CR and LF.
Requires reproduction against the actual OpenDoors terminal input path before changing.
- Win32 upload failure: improved diagnostics are necessary to identify root cause.
- This is source-only; native Win32/Win7 integration has not been executed here.

IMPORTANT
Do not overwrite the installed Windows hub/sync.json, score outbox or cursor.
Do not run a new enrollment for an existing BBS.
